years San Lee (The Head Chef) has learned the fine art of
Chinese cooking and applies his experiences and art to the
China Gate Restaurant. San brings a broad scope of flavors
highlighting cuisine from Hunan, Szechwan, Cantonese and
Mandarin dishes.
San explains
